G. Martin Booth III - President, Director, and Co-Owner
Mr. Booth, a certified professional geologist registered in Nevada and California, has had broad experience in the assessment, exploration and development of geothermal resources since 1971. Prior to that time he was a petroleum exploration geologist with Superior Oil International for eight years. Mr. Booth directs and coordinates the company's activities with special focus on geothermal resources, permitting, and regulatory affairs.

David L. Mendive, P.E. - Vice President of Engineering, Director, and Co-Owner
Mr. Mendive is an electrical engineer, registered in Nevada and California. His experience in power generation using geothermal energy dates from 1976 when he authored Energy in Nevada on behalf of the Nevada Department of Energy. Since the founding of GDA, Mr. Mendive has led GDA's involvement in geothermal resource drilling and testing, negotiation of power purchase agreements, project feasibility, and hands-on supervision and guidance in all power plant engineering efforts.

Lawrence H. Green, P.E. - Project Manager and Chief Mechanical Engineer
Mr. Green, a mechanical engineer registered in Nevada and California, joined GDA in 1986. Mr. Green has provided significant input to essentially all of GDA's engineering-related projects. Of particular note is Mr. Green's role as Project Manager for GDA's supply contract for the Lihir 20 and 30MW geothermal power projects
